Purpose and legal basis

Information submitted through the audit request form is used exclusively to review the request, contact the sender and, where appropriate, prepare a proposed scope of work. Processing is necessary to take steps at the sender's request before entering into a possible contract and, where applicable, for Thrive's legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Data collected

Hotel name and website, the sender's name, role, business email address, preferred assessment format, acknowledgement of this notice and technical information necessary to transmit and protect the form.

Service provider

Thrive uses FormSubmit to transmit form submissions to its designated email address. Form contents therefore pass through the provider's systems. According to FormSubmit's published documentation, submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. See the FormSubmit privacy information.

Retention

Thrive retains the enquiry only for the time reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a possible engagement and comply with applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted.

Your rights

Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing and may exercise any other rights available under data-protection law by contacting Thrive at the address above. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
